August 4: results of the day

Today, during the day, the enemy conducted 39 airstrikes using aviation. They used two combat drones, "Shahed-136/131," over Ukrainian territory, both of which were shot down by air defense forces. Additionally, occupiers carried out 43 artillery attacks on the positions of Ukrainian forces and populated areas within the country using multiple-launch rocket systems. Unfortunately, there were civilian casualties and injuries, and residential buildings and other infrastructure were damaged by the shelling.

In particular, two people were injured during shelling in Nikopol. More than 20 private houses and three cars were damaged.

In Dnipro, a new postage stamp dedicated to American F-16 fighter jets was unveiled.

An athlete from Kropyvnytskyi returned from an Olympic festival in Slovenia with a bronze medal.
