August 15: results of the day

The five hundred thirty-eighth day of the large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against our state has begun. Let's briefly summarize the main events of the day that has passed.

During the day, Russian occupiers carried out 42 missile strikes, 44 airstrikes, and 24 artillery bombardments on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there have been casualties among the civilian population, including children, as a result of these Russian terrorist attacks. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have also been damaged. The likelihood of missile and airstrike attacks across Ukraine remains high, as reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In addition to this, the Russian army shelled the Nikopol district in Dnipropetrovsk region three times.

In the Odessa Oblast, the police arrested the head of a public organization who had been influencing the military enlistment office with bribes to help people avoid mobilization.

In a city in Cherkasy Oblast, efforts are underway to deal with the aftermath of a Russian missile strike that left over 10,000 people without water.

Property registration in Poltava region can now be done through the "Diia" portal.

In the morning, the Russian army launched a missile strike on Dnipro, resulting in injuries.

In Vinnytsia Oblast, four men committed a robbery at a company using firearms.
