May 30. Results for the day

The 461st day of large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against our country continues. We will briefly report on the main events of the day.

During the night of May 30, 2023, from 23:30 to 04:30, Russian occupying forces once again attacked Ukraine with Iranian combat drones "Shahed." This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Over the past day, the Russian Federation carried out two massive missile and aerial strikes on Ukrainian territory. Last night, the enemy used air-launched cruise missiles X-101/X-555 and Iranian combat drones "Shahed-136/131." With the efforts and means of the Air Force, in cooperation with air defense of other components of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 36 out of 40 X-101/X-555 cruise missiles and 30 out of 38 "Shahed" combat drones were destroyed.

Yesterday during the day, the enemy used cruise and ballistic missiles of the Iskander operational-tactical missile complex against civilian and critical infrastructure objects in Kyiv. With the efforts and means of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 11 out of 11 missiles were destroyed.

In total, over the past day, the enemy conducted 62 aviation strikes and launched 54 barrages from multiple launch rocket systems. Unfortunately, there are casualties among the civilian population, and private residential buildings and other infrastructure have been damaged.

At the general education gymnasium No. 24, the NGO "Vinnytsia DOWN SYNDROME," in collaboration with the Department of Education of the City Council, is implementing a new project for children with special educational needs, as indicated on the Poltava City Council website. The NGO "Vinnytsia DOWN SYNDROME" has introduced an entirely new format of education for children with special needs, with its own concept, strategy, and vision, aiming to achieve the primary and most important goal set by parents and families of such children: the inclusion of these children in active social life after completing their schooling.

A sports and family charity event titled "Kozatskomy Rodu – Nema Perevodu" took place in Peremohy Park in Kropyvnytskyi with the support of the Youth and Sports Department of Kropyvnytskyi City Council, as reported by the Kropyvnytskyi City Council. During the event, residents of Kropyvnytskyi made voluntary contributions, which will be used by the charitable foundation "Polk Sviatoslava Khorobroho" to purchase a drone with a thermal imager Mavic 3 for one of the units of Kropyvnytskyi Special Operations Forces.

The Deputy Mayor of Dnipro, who is also the head of a department, was apprehended by operatives from the Strategic Investigations Unit in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, along with investigators from Police Department No. 5, while receiving the first portion of an unlawful benefit amounting to 12,000 hryvnias.

Today, the first meeting of the Regional Coordination Committee on Resettlement took place. It was attended by the leadership and relevant departments of the Regional Administration, as well as representatives of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Mr. Mykhailo Karpenko, and district heads. This was reported by the Regional Administration.

The Security Service of Ukraine has gathered substantial evidence of guilt against another FSB agent. He carried out hostile tasks related to adjusting Russian air strikes on Kropyvnytskyi. This information was reported by the department's press service.

On the instructions of the Russian special services, the agent had to install a GPS tracker near one of the transformer substations in the regional center.

Counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine has detained another participant in the terrorist organization "LNR" in Odesa. This was reported by the press service of the SSU's Odesa Regional Office.

The offender is a local resident and an ideological supporter of the Kremlin regime. During the mass disturbances in Odesa in early May 2014, he actively participated in provocations in favor of the Russian Federation. To avoid responsibility for his crimes, he fled to the temporarily occupied part of the Luhansk region, where he joined the ranks of militants. He was appointed as the commander of a reconnaissance unit under the control of the Russian Federation's "Ghost" group, which was subsequently subordinated to the command of the 2nd Army Corps of the aggressor country.
