July 9: results of the day

The five hundred and first day of large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against our state is ongoing. Let's briefly summarize the main events of the day that has passed. During the day, the enemy carried out 27 air strikes and conducted 37 shelling attacks with multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and civilian areas. Unfortunately, there are casualties and injuries among the civilian population, and residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have been damaged. The likelihood of missile and aerial attacks across the entire territory of Ukraine remains high. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian forces shelled Nikopol with heavy artillery, damaging four buildings.

In Vinnytsia region, three fallen soldiers were posthumously awarded the Orders of "For Courage."

In Poltava region, prosecutors found a man guilty of killing a woman out of jealousy.

In Dnipro, one man killed another with a hammer during a conflict.

In Cherkasy region, two men will face trial for disclosing the coordinates of the Ukrainian army's locations: one has been apprehended, while the other is hiding on the so-called territory of Ukraine.
