In Odessa, efforts continue to mitigate the consequences of the enemy's attack. This information was provided by the Odessa City Council.

Communities have allocated nearly 250 million hryvnias for the purchase of drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the span of 5 months, funds from 129 local budgets were directed toward these purchases.

Poltava region's police investigators, under the procedural guidance of the Poltava Regional Prosecutor's Office, have sent an indictment to court against 5 individuals involved in an organized group. They operated under the guise of a fictitious automobile company and, through well-known online platforms, purportedly sold confiscated foreign cars at favorable prices.

Rest and recuperation for underprivileged children from Cherkasy are ongoing in the Carpathian Mountains, funded by the city's budget. In the clinical sanatorium "Karpaty," 780 children have already undergone rehabilitation by mid-summer, and currently, 205 young residents of Cherkasy are staying there. The Mayor of Dnipro, Boris Filatov, announced that he has declined all of his bonuses and allowances that were granted to him after February 24, 2022. These funds have been returned to the local community budget.

On July 8, 2023, by the Decree of the President of Ukraine, three military pilots of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine and the Order of the "Golden Star." This recognition was granted in acknowledgment of their personal bravery, heroism, and dedicated service in the defense of Ukraine's state sovereignty and territorial integrity.
