August 23: results of the day

The five hundred forty-sixth day of the large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against our state continues. Let's briefly summarize the main events of the day that is passing. Over the past day, the enemy launched 9 missile and 49 aviation strikes and conducted 40 artillery shelling attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Additionally, today, the occupiers carried out another attack on Ukrainian territory using UAVs "Shahed-136/131." Our air defense successfully destroyed 12 enemy drones. Unfortunately, there have been casualties among the civilian population due to Russian terrorist attacks, with damages reported to residential buildings, port infrastructure, schools, and other civilian infrastructure.
