August 12: Results of the day

The five hundred thirty-fifth day of large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against our state is ongoing. Over the past day, the enemy conducted 6 missile strikes and 36 aerial attacks on the territory of our country. Ukrainian positions and populated areas were shelled 32 times with multiple rocket launch systems. Russian terrorist attacks resulted in civilian casualties and injuries. Residential buildings and civilian infrastructure were destroyed as a result of the shelling. This information was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In Kropyvnytskyi, an off-road vehicle was handed over to the fighters of the Kirovohrad Oblast Territorial Defense Brigade.

A new brigade of communal workers from Poltava Oblast was dispatched to Kherson Oblast.

Children from Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, residing in war-affected cities, departed for a vacation in Italy.

The border sign on Zmiinyi Island, which was destroyed by the Russians during the occupation, has been restored.
