The police are working to determine the whereabouts of 27-year-old Diyarbek Daniyarovich Mayrbekov, a citizen of Uzbekistan, who was previously convicted of a particularly serious crime. He escaped from a compulsory medical institution in Poltava on August 27, around 7:45 AM.
