July 27: Results of the day

It is the five hundred and nineteenth day of the large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against our state. Today, the enemy carried out a missile and aviation strike on the port infrastructure in the Odessa region. In the attack, the occupiers used two "Kalibr" missiles and eight "Shahed" combat drones. All "Shahed" drones were successfully intercepted by the air defense forces. In total, the enemy conducted 27 aerial strikes and more than 30 artillery bombardments on the positions of our troops and civilian areas. There have been casualties and injuries among civilians, and the port infrastructure in southern Ukraine and residential buildings have been damaged and destroyed. This information has been reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As a result of the "Kalibr" missile strike on Odessa, one person was killed, the security building and two vehicles were destroyed, and the port infrastructure was damaged.

During the night, the enemy fired heavy artillery at communities in the Dnipropetrovsk region seven times, causing damage to civilian buildings and critical infrastructure.

In Ukraine, the state of war and general mobilization have been extended.

The court has imposed an arrest on the property of former Odessa military commissar Yevhen Borisov, including real estate and six expensive cars.

In Vinnytsia, on the Day of the Medic, a liver transplant was performed for the first time from a donor.

In Dnipropetrovsk, a hospital in Novomoskovsk has been renovated.

In Cherkasy Oblast, 41 enterprises from different regions of Ukraine have been relocated.

At the World Fencing Championship, Ukrainian athlete Olga Kharlan was disqualified for refusing to shake hands with a Russian athlete.

In Odessa, the body of a woman was found at the site of a building destroyed by Russian shelling.
